These morning workshops are suitable for people of all levels of experience. They aim to give you a taste of how through yoga you can develop new strengths which you can then put into practice in life.  Each workshop focuses on a specific theme, such as for example energy, uprightness, artistic creativity, strength, openness etc. The themes always have a meaning both in a physical sense and in the way we relate to the world. Through these workshops you can begin to understand how although we work with this body, we are developing qualities that reach far beyond the body.
 
Workshops are held at Extons Barn, Milverton and run from 10 am to 1 pm. They involve a mixture of theory with discussion and practical yoga exercises. There is also a sociable refreshment break half way through.
