Invisible seeds create the outer reality

Many of us feel helpless as we observe current events around us with ever increasing illness, the threat of war and economic collapse. Spiritual teacher and researcher Heinz Grill has the gift of insight into those invisible forces which determine the way outer events unfold. For example, we can often experience that there is a certain “atmosphere” or “mood” in a particular place, or also at a particular time. The atmosphere invisibly determines the way those in power make their decisions as well as the way people in general respond, and the way in which cultures unfold.

This atmosphere is not just a random thing, but arises as a result of the thoughts people think, and the way in which they give expression to their thoughts. We are all probably aware of how a certain room can gain a very peaceful atmosphere when certain spiritual activities have been carried out in it, and vice versa how a space in which fighting has occurred can feel agitated.

In earlier times it was widely accepted, for example, that monks and nuns who had devoted their lives to prayer played an important role in creating a spiritual atmosphere that would silently support worldly life. In ancient religion, the act of sacrifice was similarly understood as providing an invisible harmony that sustained a balanced functioning on the material plane.

Communal activities such as peace meditations are practised in some esoteric circles today. But what is it that can really give these thoughts power? What constitutes a truly effective thought, and how must it be thought and practically followed through in order to radiate outwards with real vibrancy?

The Sun Oasis Academy

Heinz Grill has established the “Sun Oasis” spiritual academy in order to provide an in depth training for those wishing to think truly effective thoughts that can radiate into world culture. The Sun Oasis is so-called because in the desert of a world rife with untruth and disharmony, it represents a regenerative source where new thoughts, that can sow the seeds of future culture, can germinate.

A study programme operates there seven days a week, providing training in the following skills:

• • • • Yoga asanas  – a physically challenging yet aesthetic form of yoga is practised. In particular participants are encouraged to form the positions out of an independently thought idea.
      • Training in deeper perception – We learn to look at what lies beneath the surface of the phenomena we see. We study, for example, the quality of the light in nature, or the in depth meaning of a word, or the hidden thought that lies within a passage of text. (see video below)
      • The study of thoughts that have a profound spiritual truth.
      • The practice of a form of concentration in which spiritual thoughts are given a life that is free from subjective emotions and associations.
      • Giving clear verbal expression to subtle and profound ideas (the art of rhetoric).
      • Building personal goals for ways in which these thoughts can be given expression in our own individual field in life.

  Longer stays at the Sun Oasis are also possible for those wanting to develop spiritual expression in a practical  craft such as cooking, building work, work on the land.

  A minimum foundation for participation is to have read one of Heinz Grill’s books.

  Location and travel

  The Sun Oasis is located a 30 minute walk from the small mountain village of Lundo in Italy. Lundo is in a valley adjacent to Lake Garda. See maps. The nearest airport is Verona. The nearest train station is Trento and from there there are buses to the local town of Ponte Arche from where you can be collected.

  Travelling with me

  I visit the Sun Oasis around six to eight times a year and participate in the yoga teaching there. You are welcome to travel with me on any of my visits. We can share car hire, and I can interpret for you as, although many people there do speak English, the main teaching language is German.

  I generally stay around 7 days, but if you want to stay for a shorter time you could do one journey with me and I can drop you at or pick you up from Trento station for the other journey .

  Costs and Accommodation

  The study programme at the Sun Oasis costs 40 Euros per day. Two cooked meals per day are served for 15 Euros per day. Self catering accommodation is available in the village of Lundo for around 25 Euros per night.

  Other costs to factor in include flights, car hire and petrol, own food for breakfasts and lunches. I can give you a more precise breakdown depending on the your length of stay and time of year.
